At Ferox Supply Company, we strive to get your preparedness gear, tactical equipment, and AR-15 accessories to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are fulfilled directly from our trusted distribution partners across the United States.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
• Processing time does not include weekends or major holidays

Shipping Methods & Times

We use ground shipping services from our distribution network with the following estimated delivery times:

Note: Transit times are estimates from our distribution centers. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Free Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $199
• Orders under $199 will incur standard shipping charges based on weight and destination

Shipping Locations

• We ship to all 50 contiguous U.S. states
• No shipping to Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories
• Certain products may have state-specific restrictions (see below)

Order Tracking

• Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships
• You can track your package directly through the provided carrier link
• Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to become active after shipping confirmation

State Restrictions & Compliance

Due to varying state regulations, some products may be restricted or unavailable for shipping to specific states including but not limited to:

• California (certain magazines, accessories)
• New York (high-capacity magazines)
• Connecticut (certain firearm accessories)
• Hawaii (specific tactical items)
• Other states with magazine capacity or accessory restrictions

At checkout, restricted items will be automatically removed from your cart based on your shipping address. We comply with all applicable federal and state laws.

Backordered Items

• If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email
• You can choose to:
  • Wait for restock (no additional charge)
  • Cancel the back-ordered item
  • Split ship (ship available items now, backorder rest)

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Inspect packages upon delivery – note any damage with the driver
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@feroxsupply.com with:
  • Order number
  • Photos of damage/packaging
  • Tracking number
• We will work with our carriers to resolve claims quickly

Multiple Warehouse Shipping

Orders may ship from multiple distribution centers for optimal speed:

• You may receive multiple tracking numbers
• Items ship when available from their respective warehouses
• No additional shipping charges for split shipments

High-Risk or Oversized Items

Certain items including:

• Plate carriers
• Large tactical backpacks
• Heavy-duty gear bags

May incur additional shipping charges due to size/weight. These will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

• Currently unavailable
• We hope to expand internationally in the future

Business Days

• Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Friday or on weekends/holidays process the next business day
• Carriers do not typically deliver on major holidays
